Wasps
Wasps hibernate over the winter period usually only the Queen will survive and lay her eggs. Other wasps can be very aggressive during the winter months, with the cold season they can take shelter in your home, in attics, under floor boards especially places which are dry and hold the heat. Sprays will kill wasps but seldom solve the problem. Signs of Infestations
- Sightings of continuous activity
- Coming and going to one or more entry/exit point
- Noise — constant buzzing or humming.
Mosquito’s
Mosquitoes are common flying insects in the family Culicidae that are found around the world. The females of most mosquito species suck blood (hematophagy) from other animals, which has made them the deadliest disease vector known, killing millions of people over thousands of years and continuing to kill millions per year by the spread of infectious diseases. There are many methods used for mosquito control, depending on the situation. Moths
There are several different species of moths that are considered pests. Most of the common species found in our homes and warehouses, scavenge on natural products of animal origin such as woven fibre, fur and feather products. Sometimes a result of compromised hygiene, they can cause considerable damage if left untreated. Specimen identification is critical, and we are able to offer free laboratory specimen i.d and expert advice on treatment and prevention. Birds
Bird control is important because pest birds can create health-related problems through their faeces, including histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, and psittacosis. Bird droppings may also cause damage to property and equipment. Bird control is the generic name for methods to eliminate or deter pest birds from landing, roosting and nesting.
